In the market hall, players trade with each other: you sell your goods to others or buy what you are missing — at prices you set yourselves. All prices are real euros, the same as on your current account.
For now the farm trades — grass, vegetables, eggs, milk and everything from the bakery. More games will follow later.
Farm level 4 — first your own early game, then the trading.
The market licence for €200, bought once inside the farm game. It is permanent for that saved game.
After that you will find the market hall at spiele.apartment-leverkusen.de/markt/.
Offers and requests
There are two kinds of listings:
Offer — “I am selling”: the goods are taken out of your storage when you list them and wait in the hall for a buyer.
Request — “I am buying”: the full purchase price (plus the fee) is reserved the moment you list it. Whoever delivers to you is guaranteed to get paid.
The rules:
A listing runs for 24 hours. After that, unsold goods or the reserved money automatically return to your market account.
At most 8 open listings at a time per saved game.
Partial purchases are normal — someone may take only part of your quantity.
You cannot buy from or deliver to your own listings.
The fees: 3 % and 5 %
To keep money from piling up endlessly, the hall takes two small fees:
3 % when listing (of the listing’s value) — this fee is gone even if nothing sells or you withdraw the listing. So think about price and quantity first.
5 % on a sale — deducted from the seller’s proceeds. Of a €100 sale, €95 arrives with you.
The price band: 60 to 160 %
Every good has a fixed reference value (its direct sale price in the game). Your listing price must stay between 60 % and 160 % of that value — no price gouging, no dumping; inside the band the price is yours to choose.
Example: if a cake sells directly for €12.50, you may list it in the hall between €7.50 and €20.00.
The wholesaler
The wholesaler is the hall’s own trader — always available, but with poor prices. He is your emergency exit, not a business model:
He buys anything from you — instantly, without a fee, but only at the floor price (60 %).
He sells basic goods (grass, vegetables, eggs, milk …) — but only at the ceiling price (160 %).
Refined goods (flour, cake, cheese, gateau) he does not sell — those only come from other players. That is exactly where your business is.
Between 60 and 160 % lies the room in which player-to-player trading pays off for both sides.
Your market account and collecting
If your goods sell while you are away, the proceeds (minus the 5 %) land on your market account — just like goods from expired offers and money from expired requests. Nothing is ever lost.
Collecting takes one click while you are in the market hall yourself: money flows into your cash, goods go back into storage.
If goods no longer fit into your storage, the rest is sold automatically at the floor price (60 %) — so collect when your storage has room.
Tips
Refine before you sell: cake, cheese and gateau are not available from the wholesaler — other players pay good prices for them.
Listing costs 3 % whether it works out or not — one well-planned listing beats five hasty ones.
A request just above the floor price is often cheaper than buying from the wholesaler at the ceiling price — it just takes a little patience.
Check your storage before collecting: make room first, then collect — otherwise the hall force-sells at the worst price.
